If your parcel arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. To process your request, please contact us at support@theicebath.co within 7 days of receiving the item. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.
Refunds are only offered for products that arrive damaged. All other sales are considered final due to the nature and size of our products.
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
